Network operation according to schedules

Network operation according to schedules

Each scheme of the individual heat point is original and is developed taking into account features of the heated premise. The IHP or individual heat point consists of several devices that are placed in the dedicated room, most often it is a basement room. The unit includes elements that provide the connection of the heat supply system and the hot water supply directly to the heat supply network. The direct pipeline conveys the heat carrier directly to the serviced building, and the return pipe returns the refrigerated heat carrier back to the starting point.

Network operation according to schedules

Any scheme of the individual heat point provides several schedules of the entire network. The chosen chart sets the mode of operation of the whole heat network, and also determines which equipment should be installed. Modern heating units provide several operation schedules:

  • 150/70 degrees Celsius;
  • 130/70 degrees Celsius;
  • 110/70 degrees Celsius;
  • 95 (90)/70 degrees Celsius.

If the heat carrier is not heated by more than 95 degrees, it can be distributed to the heat supply system without prior treatment. But if the schedule of a heating unit provides for heating of the heat carrier above the specified mark, it is necessary to adjust its temperature. Heat points are used to make this possible.

It is important to ensure that the temperature of the heat carrier corresponds to the needs of the tenants and depends on the ambient temperature. To avoid the need to manually monitor all these metrics, the scheme of the individual heat point can include automatics, i.e., an automatic climate regulator, which has several sensors and independently analyzes the temperature, and then changes it according to the preset settings.
