The need to introduce new technologies in absolutely all spheres of life does not need proof. But many officials have for a long time been ignoring the fact that the system of heating climate regulation in the multi-apartment building can significantly improve the lives of tenants and help in saving resources. 

Voluntary or mandatory installation of the system

The system of heating climate regulation in the multi-apartment building is still not mandatory. There are buildings where the obligatory devices of thermal accounting are not established, although the need to provide apartments, porches and buildings with such devices is widely prescribed. There is No 261-FZ "On energy efficiency", which prescribes the need to install meters.

But if this requirement is sometimes ignored by the tenants and management companies with the tacit consent of the authorities, it is worthless to say that the installation of climate automation on the heating units will be mandatory in the near future.

And meanwhile, this is the step that would allow the tenants to significantly save on the payment of utility services and save resources, make the building more energy efficient due to:

  • Reducing the cost of heating during night hours;
  • Reducing the cost of heat energy, which is spent on weekends and holidays;
  • Elimination of "overheating".

While each installed system of heating climate regulation in the multi-apartment building is a kind of victory for all interested parties, it is very early to talk about the ubiquitous introduction of such devices. It is worth believing that this is due to the high cost of structures, because in some cases the price of the set can reach 500 thousand rubles. These expenses would be borne by the tenants of the multi-apartment building. It is needless to talk about financing from the budget. But the authorities have recently become more attentive to the saving of resources, perhaps in a few years we will expect a law that will make mandatory installation of the climate automation in each building.
